1. Controller

This policy covers the personal data we process as controller through www.delaravision.com, app.delaravision.com and our e-mails. For images and case data that veterinarians upload about their clients, the veterinarian is the controller and we act as their processor; animal owners should contact their veterinarian.

Providing account data is necessary to use the platform. We make no decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
3. Recipients and transfers
We share data with our service providers for hosting, storage, e-mail, payments and call booking, our professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it. Delara and some of these providers are in the United States; these transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. 4. Retention

5. Your rights
You can request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, or restriction of its processing. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, including model improvement and outreach, and object at any time to direct marketing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Belgium, the Autorité de protection des données (www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
6. Cookies
We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to run our sites (session, "remember me" and hosting cookies).
