Frequently asked questions

Clear answers to common questions about clinical use, data handling, and AI limitations.

Does Delara replace the veterinarian’s diagnosis?

No. Delara is a decision-support tool, not a diagnostic authority. All outputs are designed to assist interpretation and remain under the full responsibility of the veterinarian. Final clinical judgment always belongs to the practitioner.

What is Delara?

Delara is an AI-powered radiology assistant for equine veterinarians. It analyzes equine X-rays to help detect bone anomalies, compare studies over time, generate structured reports, and support clinical decision-making, without replacing the veterinarian.

What types of images does Delara support?

Delara currently supports standard equine radiographs (JPG / PNG). Images can be uploaded directly through the web platform, viewed in an integrated medical viewer, and analyzed within seconds. DICOM support is comming soon.

How does Delara ensure data security and privacy?

Data security is built into the platform by design. No identification information are saved (Clients/Patients) with x-rays. Images are anonymized, stored in de-identified, access-controlled infrastructure. Delara follows strict security and privacy principles suitable for veterinarian use.

Who is Delara for today?

Delara is currently available through a pilot program for equine clinics. We work with a limited number of veterinarians to validate the product in real consultations, collect feedback, and shape the final clinical workflows ahead of full market launch.
